Adaptation of a portrait of Saskia Van Uylenburgh, wife of the Dutch painter Rembrandt who often served as his model. It is shown here adorned with gold leaf, with a turquoise background of seaweed among anemones, etc.
This work is produced on Canson paper mounted on a wooden panel. A hanging device is installed at the back (sold without frame). Borders painted black.
